Where do you currently ship to?

We currently ship to Australia only!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to have your orders dispatched within 1-3 business days. After dispatch you can expect your order to arrive according to AUS post timeframes:

Express delivery: 1-3 business days 

Standard: 2-6 business day

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping prices will be shown at checkout but we do offer free shipping on orders over $150. 

Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?

Unfortunately, it is your responsibility to ensure you put in the correct shipping address. If you notice an error after placing an order, please reach out immediately. If we have not dispatched/fulfilled your order yet, we will make every effort to update your details.

If your order has already been dispatched, Vitamae is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If orders are sent back to us due to incorrectly entered addresses, we can send it out again once we receive the product back, but additional shipping charges will apply. 

Who is responsible for my order once it has been dispatched?

After orders have been fulfilled and dispatched from our end, orders are then the responsibility of Australia Post. Vitamae are not responsible for any packages that have been left unattended and any issues regarding this must be raised with Australia Post. 

My order contains products on pre-order, when will they arrive?

Orders containing pre-order products and in stock products will be shipped together once the pre-order stock arrives. Communication regarding ETA of pre-order stock will be provided to you but should be used as a guide.
